I just wanted you to know how pleased I am with the way things went with our recent move. As you know Verizon messed up our order and we had to wait an additional week to get our DSL up and running... then I thought it would be another 5 days before we could have anyone come and set up our networking.... but... when I called and said the DSL was on and you told me you could have someone out that day (in just an hour or so) I was thrilled.
